Whether you’re a CrossFit veteran or have never taken a class, Valley CrossFit is the perfect place to experience the ultimate workout. Our 15,000 sq ft facility is the oldest and best CrossFit gym in Los Angeles, and houses a team of seasoned instructors who are here to guide you every step of the way.

At Valley CrossFit we believe in strength training that is constantly varied, functional and high intensity.  We want to be prepared for whatever life throws at us, the known and the unknown.  We offer classes seven days a week for every age range and skill level. From a CrossFit Boot Camp (VCF Burn) to CrossFit for Kids, our 15 certified trainers will help you get the most out of your high intensity, constantly varied workout in a small group setting.

Valley CrossFit doesn’t stop at the best classes in the San Fernando Valley. Our facility is stocked with a wide variety of the some of the craziest fitness equipment you’ve ever seen, like atlas balls. We also have Olympic Weightlifting platforms, Assault bikes, climbing ropes, and sand bags (used as a substitute for an injured family member you may need to rescue someday). If you want to prepare mentally and physically for whatever life throws at you and you’re not afraid of hard work then Valley is the right place for you.

Valley CrossFit is located by the Van Nuys Airport, easily accessible from the (405), (101), Sherman Oaks, Encino, Northridge, Granada Hills and Reseda.
