We offer CrossFit classes to fit every skill level and preference

              • Mixed CrossFit – These CrossFit classes include mobility skills, weightlifting technique, and metabolic conditioning.
                Pre-requisite: Fundamentals Academy or 6 Week Challenge
              • VCF Burn (boot camp) – High intensity interval training (HIIT) at its best.
                Pre-requisite: None
              • Team CrossFit – For those who prefer their CrossFit Classes in a team This is the same as Mixed CrossFit but in team format.
                Pre-requisite: Fundamentals Academy or 6 Week Challenge
              • CrossFit Kids – CrossFit Kids was founded in 2004 by Jeff and Mikki Martin and is a method for teaching
                Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children, ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics => Consistency =>
                Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
                Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer
                sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to
                cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact
                on children’s academic achievement.

              • Olympic Weightlifting – Based on the athletic discipline in the modern Olympic program in which the
                athlete attempts a maximum-weight single lift .In this class we will focus on technique drills as well as
                percentage lifts in order to fine tune your lifting skills. .
                Pre-requisite: Fundamentals Academy or 6 Week Challenge
              • Women’s Olympic Weightlifting – Unlock you strength and refine your technique in a comfortable
                environment while focusing on Olympic and Power Weightlifting movements.
                Pre-requisite: Fundamentals Academy or 6 Week Challenge
              • Iron Pile Powerlifting – Based on the foundations of the Squat, Press and Deadlift. The mechanics of these movements carry over into every aspect of CrossFit and our first priority is proficiency in those movements. Much like CrossFit, the loads, volume, intensity and programming can all be scaled to the individual athlete. So whether you want to test the limits of your strength or simply get that first Pull-up this class will be tailored to each Athlete’s needs.

              • Fundamentals Academy – Designed with the newest CrossFitter in mind, the Fundamentals Academy is
                3 private sessions consisting of the basic elements of CrossFit and the required skill sets.
                All new members will be required to take this course and have each class signed off by their coach
                before moving into the mixed CrossFit classes. It’s more for safety as well as a way for people to build
                confidence before trying to throw down in a more intense environment.

              • Open Gym – Utilize this time to do homework from your coach or work on those weaknesses that have
                been plaguing you.
