Gymnastics is the name; body control is the game.
This hour-long session is dedicated to developing control of one’s body on our journey to mastery. Alongside athletes of every ability level, we cover everything you need to take your CrossFit gymnastic skills to the next level. These sessions are packed with movement and position specific mobility work, strength and endurance training, skills and drills, and every progression you need, for example, to turn ring rows into a supplemental strength exercise, not just a scale for pull ups in workouts.
In our efforts to develop the entire athlete, we want to improve your movement efficiency to make gymnastic skills in CrossFit workouts something you look forward to, something you can dominate. In the process of getting you to move your body with greater precision and control we accidently get you better able to move your body in space, as well as in your everyday life, and have fun doing it!
