Valley CrossFit welcomes athletes of every ability level to join us in our search to become the most powerful, precise versions of ourselves we can be.
These group sessions are primarily focused on maximizing our efficiency with a barbell; whether you aim to compete in Weightlifting or are looking to improve your performance in CrossFit workouts, we want you to move better. The snatch and the clean and jerk take a great deal of deliberate practice to become proficient. Don’t leave your progress to chance.
Every training session has its own unique focus and is built into the broader scheme of our overall training blocks. We try our very best to get everything a weightlifter needs to better themselves into every training session. Classes utilize everything from mobility work to improve positions; drills to refine specific pieces of the lifts; supplemental strength work and, of course, plenty of Weightlifting. We aim to build an overall more powerful machine and for you to get the most we can give you every session.
We encourage any CrossFitter looking to refine their movements; move a barbell safer and more efficiently; or just gain more experience with the lifts to make this class a staple in your training week. Who knows, you might even fall in love with the sport and find that competing in Weightlifting is your calling as so many CrossFitters before you have.
