In implementation, the CrossFit workout is, quite simply, the “sport of fitness.” We’ve learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other workouts.

While it challenges the world’s fittest, the CrossFit workout program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We’ve used our same Crossfit workout routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Crossfit is a complete, high intensity, fitness regime, designed around the practical movements you do each day. The Crossfit workout is meant to help you get fit and feel better every moment of the day, no matter who you are. By varying the exercises you do each day, the CrossFit workout ensures that every muscle in your body gets toned, and that you get the most out of your hours in the gym. Taught in a semi-private setting, or small class, athletes become part of a cheering, high energy group and find they are able to accomplish much more than they previously thought possible.


VCF’s curriculum is specifically designed to work for both CrossFit beginners and veterans.

For those who are completely new to the CrossFit program we offer the Fundamentals Academy & Beginning CrossFit starter program designed to teach skills and insure safety. This will take you step-by-step through the basic elements and skill-sets of the CrossFit regime. Our first priority at Valley CrossFit is to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable with this intense workout, and the Fundamentals Academy will give beginners the knowledge and confidence to be successful on this fitness path. From there, you can move on to any one of our classes that fits your needs. We offer Mixed CrossFit classes for either individual or team exercises, or a high-intensity boot camp for those who want to push themselves to the limit. We also offer an open gym for those who want to work at their own pace.


For the weightlifters out there, we offer men’s and women’s Olympic weightlifting classes taught by Kris Clever, CrossFit World Champion, designed to unlock your strength and refine your lifting technique. Another unique class offered to help you maximize power is Iron Pile Powerlifting taught by Mark Galvin.

Have kids? Bring them along! We offer a special class just for kids who want to have fun and stay healthy.
