Valley’s Six Week Weight Loss Programs combine exercise and nutrition with community support to help insure your success.  Here’s what other members are saying:

“I started at VCF 4 moths ago for the 6 week challenge. I have worked out all over the Valley, I have taken plenty of bootcamps and cardio CF classes, so I knew CrossFit would be tough. What I didn’t know was what an amazing journey I would begin! *

The 6 week challenge is awesome for anyone who is willing to commit to the program. Our coaches are patient & kind with a large group of women who were out of shape, asked lots of questions and needed a lot of assistance to understand the movements that were being taught. They have very different personalities but really complemented each other. At the end of the challenge I had lost a ton of weight and felt great! Woo hoo! *

Myself and a bunch of others stayed on at VCF. At first, I was totally intimidated because there are some ridiculous athletes at the gym that are half my age. What I quickly learned is that most of those athletes are friendly and always willing to help the 6 weekers (the new-bees). They will go out of their way to give me and the others tips and encouragement. *

I am now at VCF 4-5 days a week for the morning classes. I can not say enough positive things about my coaches. Again, very different styles and fitness backgrounds but they are both unbelievable coaches. They always put safety first so I don’t get hurt, they push me when I need a push, they correct my form (often), they answer all my questions (& I have a lot of them) and they always make me feel really good about my ability. I will also say, they do this for not only me but everyone in the class. *

When I wanted to learn to climb the rope, the staff met me at a special time and went out of their way to help me learn new skills as well. The coaches all go above & beyond to help everyone. *

At VCF, I feel stronger and more confident in my own personal fitness journey. Even if I am the last one to finish a workout or have the least amount of weight on my bar someone always is there cheering me on. *

The Six Week Weight Loss Programs are challenging and effective.  These programs are only for people who are serious about improvement.

You do not need to be in shape to start, but you need to start to get in shape.

Who are we looking for?

1. Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.

2. Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.

3. Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!

4. Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it’s positive energy, there’s nothing better. But negative energy spreads too.

5. Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do!

6. Must leave your ego and makeup at home. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we’ve all been through.

7. This is not a “biggest loser” type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.

8. Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.

I have personally seen how high intensity interval training has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. This challenge was created to introduce this style of training to those who would absolutely benefit from the training, but may be too intimidated to come in and try it on their own.

We are trying to find the right people who will work hard, finish the program, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training.
